IVC-18 is sponsored by the International Union of Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications (IUVSTA), and organized by the Chinese Vacuum Society (CVS). The congress will take place at the Beijing International Convention Center in August, 2010. Joint international conferences include ICN+T (2010), ICSS-14 and VASSCAA-5. This will be a great opportunity for professionals within the academic, research and industrial communities to exchange and share the latest scientific findings and technology development. We will invite leading researchers to present the latest research results covering the field of materials, surface and nano sciences. About 2000-3000 delegates will attend the congress.

Beijing has been spiritually and politically the heart of China for several hundreds of years.
