| On behalf of the Conference Organizing Committee, we would like to invite you to attend the 18th International Vacuum Congress (IVC-18) joined with the 2010 International Conference on Nanoscience and Technology (ICN+T 2010), the 14th International Conference on Solid Surfaces (ICSS-14), and the 5th Vacuum and Surface Sciences Conference of Asia and Australia (VASSCAA-5), to be held from August 23-27, 2010 in Beijing, China. | |||
| This will be a great opportunity for professionals within the academic, research, and industrial communities to exchange and share the latest scientific findings and technology development. We will invite leading scientists to present the latest research results covering the fields of materials, surface and nano sciences, and other vacuum and SPM related science and technologies.
