Now, the registration affairs for the 18th International Vacuum Exhibition in 2010 are notified as follows:

• Registration and accommodation: The exhibitor staff (delegates) will sign in at Exhibition Hall C, Beijing International Convention Center (BICC) located in Beijing Asia Games Village from 21st to 22nd August. If lodge is required, the delegates will check in at the designated hotel personally. For those with room reservation in Huiyuan Apartments, please check in at the counter of Apartment N. And, for those with room reservation in Beijing North Star Continental Grand Hotel, just check in at the hotel's counter. If failed to make acknowledgement feedback in time, no accommodation is guaranteed. For lodge, contact with: Du Meng 13699249810 and Cheng Luqian 13146135880 For travel ticket reservation, contact with: Ma Fenglan 13671034580 Participation of one complimentary delegate in the 18th International Vacuum Congress (IVC18) will be provided to each exhibitor organization (including information, luncheon and dinner).
• Meal: During exhibition, other staff will be responsible for their own lunch and dinner (or purchase box meal at the exhibition hall).
• Exhibit move-in: Exhibit will be moved in from 21st to 22nd August, exhibition will last from 23rd to the morning of 26th August, and moved out at 13:00 of 26th August.
  As BICC's regulation, the height limit is 3.5 m and the weight limit is 500 kg/m2 in Hall A; height limit as 3.3 m and weight limit as 400 kg/m2 in Hall B; height limit as 3.5 m and weight limit as 500 kg/m2 in Hall C; height limit as 3.5 m and weight is not limited in Hall D, with central air conditioning also available. The exhibition board is exclusively 2.45 m high. The carpets will be blue in color. In the fascia, the wording will be in blue with a white background. Please check the exhibitor name both in Chinese and English as well as the booth number, which have already been published in www. chinesevacuum.com.
  
  If any specially decorated booth is required, please contact with Miss Li: 13693192477 from Beijing Jinghai Tonglian International Hi-tech Conference and Exhibition Co., Ltd.; Mr. Wang, 13801251692 from Beijing Jingruiteng Exhibition Co., Ltd. Additional furniture and device as required will be rented directly from BICC's Exhibition Dept. during exhibit move-in with rental paid on site. For information about exhibition utilities ( water, power and gas ) and lease issue, please contact with Miss Wang from BICC's Exhibition Dept，Tel：84985588-72529 and 84973065. For the over-weighted equipment, the Organization Committee shall be informed in advance and its placement at the square will be arranged centrally by BICC at a rate of 30 RMB/m2/d. Balloon advertisement is welcome, which is rated at 2000 RMB/d/pc.
  
  The exhibition booth shall be configured within the rental area, imposing no obstacle or occupation of passage way. Placement of promotional exhibition board outside the designated booth is prohibited. The structure and facilities in the exhibition hall shall be protected from damage and alteration. The desks and chairs shall not be moved from other exhibitor's booth and used at discretion. No thumb tack and stickers hardly to be removed are allowed for use. In the exhibition hall, highly hot iodine-tungsten lamp should not be used. It is prohibited to bring any inflammable and explosive article into the exhibition space. Smoking is forbidden strictly in the exhibition space. The regulation of fire fighting shall be observed sternly and all the potential fire hazards shall be eliminated.
  
  Please keep a good custody to your exhibits and property, pay attention to safety and security and keep fight and thief prevention in mind.
  
  No working permit nor exhibition badge (distributed while signing in), no admission into the exhibition hall.

  The cargo will be unloaded upon arrived (contact with: Mr. Duan 13801188270 and Mr. Hou 13601172052). Please make the admission payment to the shipment company. For the exhibit to be fork-lifted in, please move in at 8:00 on 21st and 22nd August, following the orderly arrangement made exclusively by the shipment company. The shipment for Exhibition Hall A will be moved in through No. 17 cargo gate, that for Exhibition Halls C and B through No. 8 cargo gate and that for Exhibition Hall D directly through its gate (please do not contract any non-official shipment company for prevention from deceit).
• Reply: Please make your reply before 25th July on following issues: company brief profile to be complimentarily published in the Exhibition Journal and payable advertisement material in electric version, acknowledgements for lodge and product category, decision on technical seminar and balloon advertisement .
